    We are staying on site in August with our eldest son who wears hearing aids. I want to make a room request to ensure we are quite close to the first bus stop. Who can I contact?

    Hi Jill,

    It's always best to contact the hotel directly with any room requests you may have. You'll want to make the call at least ten days before your check-in date, as rooms are usually assigned in advance.
