Hi Donna!
Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! So happy to hear that you have your plans ready for a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! I have had the opportunity to stay at
Shades of Green with my family and it is such a nice place! While it is located within The Walt Disney World Resort, Shades of Green is actually an Armed Forces Recreation Center owned and administered by the U.S. Department of Defense. Unfortunately, you cannot add a
Disney Dining Plan as these are part of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package (resort stay, tickets and dining plan), and would require you to stay at a participating
Disney Resort Hotel (owned and operated by Walt Disney World Resorts). You see when you have the dining plan, the dining credits are linked to your resort folio or account and Shades of Green utilizes a different system in their resort. Keep in mind that Shades of Green may offer their own dining plans or promotions so you should check with the resort directly for more information.
Did you know?: During your visit this month,
Epcot is in full bloom with the
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival! The floral displays featuring Disney Characters are breathtaking! Be sure to hop on to Disney's Skyliner and head over to Epcot to check it out!
It has been a pleasure assisting you Donna! If I can help you with a fastpass+ recommendation or any other planning question, please do not hesitate to send me your questions!
