    We are staying in a Savanna view room at AKL. We were wondering, since we are staying on WDW property, can we park at the GF or Poly to take advantage of the monorail?

    The Animal Kingdom Lodge is an awesome hotel; be sure to take time to enjoy the amenities and services at the resort!

    Unfortunately, you should only park at the Grand Floridian or the Polynesian Resort while visiting those resorts, such as eating at a restaurant there, shopping, exploring the resort hotel, etc. 

    If you are worried about how long it will take to get from the Animal Kingdom Lodge to the Magic Kingdom, then you should take the Disney bus between the two.  I only recommend taking the bus instead of driving yourself for the Magic Kingdom.  That's because the bus drops you off right a the Magic Kingdom while if you drive, you have to park in the Magic Kingdom parking lot, then take a tram to the Transportation and Ticket Center, followed by a monorail or a ferry boat to the Magic Kingdom.  Generally speaking, a Disney bus can take you from the Animal Kingdom Lodge to the Magic Kingdom much quicker.
