We are staying at Saratoga tree house villas this November December through our DVC membership. My parents will be needing/ using mobility scooters to help them get around. Is there a place to store them and charge them if we can’t get a disability access

    Hiya, Trevor!

Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question.  How exciting that you are planning a family vacation at one of Disney's Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas! I haven't yet had the opportunity to stay in one, but when it comes to Disney Vacation Club, wherever you wander and wherever you roam, your Villa is always your home sweet home.

Trevor, I have good news for you.  There are handicap accessible options for Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas. These Treehouse Villas have ramps available for wheelchairs and ECVs. They are also accessible by stairs.

What I would recommend is to call Member Services in order to specifically request one of the accessible units, especially if they need spots for two mobility scooters.

If you are not able to get one of the rooms, there is a centrally shared location a short walk from the Villas where the mobility scooters can be parked and charged. While parking is limited to one spot per villa, and the spots are not directly at the Villa (there's a short path), Guests can bring their scooters inside and charge them.  These spots can get full, so an accessible room is always the best bet.

I hope this helps you, Trevor! If you have any further Disney Vacation Club questions, soar back here to see me and I'll be so happy to help you.

    Magically Yours,
    Keri
