    I am staying at Saratoga Springs resort and want to know the best way to get to Crystal Palace and Chef Mickeys for 8:30am reservations. Can our resorts call a taxi for us ? Thanks, Tracy

    Hi Tracy,

    Chef Mickey's is a great way to start a day.  The best way to get to the Contemporary (the resort where the breakfast takes place) is to take a bus from Saratoga Springs to the Magic Kingdom, and then either walk over via the "walkway to the Magic Kingdom", or hop on a resort monorail and get off at the Contemporary.  Walking will probably be faster, as the bus loading areas are closer to the resort than the monorail station.  I would allow your group about an hour to be safe.  Buses start running to the parks well before opening time, so you should not have a problem if you chose to use Disney transportation.

    If you prefer to take a taxi, then, yes, the concierge or front desk at your resort would be happy to assist you in doing so.  I would call down to the front desk about an hour before you'd like your taxi (to be safe) and ask that they help you reserve one.  There are often lines of taxi's available to "hail" at the resort check-in, but to be sure, I would call the front desk ahead of time.  A taxi ride will take you about 15 minutes.

    Whichever way you arrive, have a great breakfast!
