Staying at Saratoga Springs in Nov. in a 2 bedroom villa. One parent has a severe breathing problem. Any idea what building to request to be close to the pool and closest to the bus stop? what number do I call to make the request closer to check in time

    Hi Kim,

At Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, the "Carriage House" building houses the check-in. You'll also find the Artist's Palette (Quick Service), Turf Club Bar and Grill (Table Service),  High Rock Springs (main) pool, fitness center and main bus stop there. Certain buildings in "The Springs" section are closest to that area. In addition, a few of the buildings in "Congress Park" are a short walk away. The good news is that you will find bus stops located near each section of Saratoga Springs, so none of the rooms will have to walk very far to get there. If you want to go to the main pool, simply hop on a bus and ride it to the main bus stop (Carriage House) area.

Due to your health concerns, and reasons for needing to be as close as possible, your best bet is to call and speak with the Resort directly.  Call 407-827-1100 and ask to speak with the Room Assigner. They receive the "Arrivals list" 9 days ahead of time, and can help you at that point.

Hope this helps and have a wonderful vacation,
