Staying at saratoga springs next sept 2015, is it possible to request a certain section I.e the paddock section and if so do I just email disney? When would be best time to do it? Thanks

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

You should be able to make a request for your room location at your Walt Disney World resort.  I suggest that you go ahead and try to do this now if you already have a reservation, or ask to do it at the time you make the reservation if you do not yet have one.  If you are a Disney Vacation Club member, you can make the request by calling Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800.  The cast members there can note the request on your reservation.  If you are not a Disney Vacation Club member, I suggest that you use the same method that you used to book your reservation to make your request.  For example, if you used a travel agent, ask the travel agent to note your request.  If you booked through Disney directly, I suggest contacting them.  You can call 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639) to be directed to a cast member who can help you with this.  Also, when you are much closer to your check-in date, perhaps a week before you go, you can call Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa directly at (407) 827-1100 to be sure that they have your request noted.

Please do note that while Disney will do their best to honor requests, they are requests and cannot be guaranteed.  Also, I have noticed that if I check in and there is not a villa available in my requested area, sometimes if I am willing to wait a while for a villa to become available, one will open up later in the day in the requested area.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Andrew.  Have a great time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
