Hi, there!
Helen, I'm so happy to hear you'll be traveling to the
Walt Disney World Resort this Spring. Magic will be blooming all around you!
My daughter made her first visit last summer when she was 11-months old, and she had the best time. What a fun age! Seeing her experience the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort was certainly special, but it did require some additional planning. We had to make sure we had everything needed for a well-stocked diaper bag! To save space in our luggage, though, we chose not to pack diapers, wipes, and baby food. Those items are conveniently available in the Resort hotel gift shops and at the theme park
Baby Care Centers! The price for baby food varies and it's subject to change at any time, but most options on property were available for about $3 last summer.
Rather than purchase baby food, diapers, and wipes for our little one from the Resort hotel gift shops or the Baby Care Centers, we placed an order with Garden Grocer. This Orlando-based delivery service has nearly every baby-care essential you could need during your stay, and they'll deliver your order right to your Resort hotel! Garden Grocer offers a greater selection of baby food and I found it be much less expensive than buying it on property. Another alternative is to take an Uber or Lyft to a nearby grocery store to purchase the items you need for your baby.
I know you're going to enjoy your stay at
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. The
pools at this unique Resort hotel are perfect for your family - little ones love to wade in the zero-depth entry points!
I hope this was helpful, Helen. Please let me know if you have any other questions about traveling with a little one in tow!
