Welcome to planDisney, Ashley!
Oh, what a wonderful trip you have in store for you and your little ones.
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is an absolutely beautiful property--what a great choice!
When my family is looking for a little variety in our
Walt Disney World stay, we pick specific restaurants located in other resorts with those different vibes. Try
'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast Featuring Lilo & Stitch at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. The beautiful South Pacific theming throughout the resort will truly whisk you all away. "Celebrate the magical power of a wish" in grand Victorian style with a dining reservation at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa's
1900 Park Fare. From the moment you enter the breathtaking lobby of this resort, you'll feel like you've entered a different world.
Another family favorite with an incredibly different flair from those is
Boma - Flavors of Africa. Located at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, this family-friendly buffet features delicious options that include a wonderful children's buffet. After your meal, linger a little longer and head out to Arusha Rock Savanna Overlook. Talk to an Animal Specialist while gazing at over 30 species that call this savanna home. There's nothing else like it!
We like to take a break from park touring by booking a Table-Service meal midday or even early evening. If there is a restaurant located in a resort hotel that's near the park we're in that day, I'll often book the meal there. For example, a quick hop onto
Disney's Monorail from
Magic Kingdom Park will get you to any restaurant at The Contemporary, The Polynesian, or The Grand Floridian. From other parks, take the resort bus to each location you've booked for your next magical meal. If heading to
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera from
EPCOT, exit through International Gateway (located between the UK and France pavilions) and take the
Disney Skyliner. A ride on that is a treat in and of itself!
Ashley, because you have your own car on this visit, you can also enjoy complimentary self-
parking at the Resort Hotels with each of your
Advanced Dining Reservations. So if you'd rather leave the driving to those outstanding Disney bus drivers, or if you prefer the flexibility of having your car on site, you'll be able to do so.
As you put those finishing touches on your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, be sure to send additional questions our way. We love to help!
