    I am staying at Saratoga Springs. Can we dine at any other resort restaurants or do we have to have a reservation to enter another resort’s restaurants?

    Hey there Pamela, and welcome back to planDisney!

    It looks like you've made good use of the advice and knowledge here at planDisney, with one of our Disney Vacation Club experts Candace guiding you on what you can or can't do with your upcoming exchange stay, like hopping around to other pools or taking advantage of complimentary Walt Disney World Resort transportation like the Disney Skyliner. 

    You'll be happy to hear that even though you're staying at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, you have access to enjoy the vast variety of dining locations found across property - very much just like any other guest who may be staying at neighboring properties surrounding Walt Disney World Resort. In fact, it's become quite popular for folks and families to spend a day "resort-hopping" to enjoy the restaurants and perhaps be inspired for a future stay at these locations; some of these restaurants can be quite popular so it's always a good idea to make reservations which you can also do using the My Disney Experience App. 

    Something to keep in mind however, is if you plan on driving around with your own vehicle you may need to have a reservation ready to present for security Cast Members to look up in order to gain access beyond the gate. These Cast Members have been observed to be increasingly more stringent about who is able to drive up or gain access to parking at the Disney Resort Hotels, but a way to avoid this is by using the complimentary Resort Transportation to get around. From Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa it's quite easy to head over to Disney Springs and hop on a bus to your desired resort destination.
