    Hi we are staying at Saratoga Springs in December. Is there any way I can request a building? If yes how soon can I. Thanks!!!

    Hi Bridget! Congratulations on your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a wonderfully fun resort to stay. It's also huge. You can absolutely request a desired location - it really depends on what you're looking for and of course availability. A request is not guaranteed.

    To be close to transportation and onsite restaurants, request a room in The Springs section - you'll be close to the Carriage House, as well as the High Rock Spring Pool area. The Paddock Pool is the secondary pool at Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Buildings in this area are close to the Paddock Grill.

    December is a very busy time at Walt Disney World Resort, so I would call member services and have them note your reservation now and then call the resort directly about ten days before you check in at (407) 827-1100.
