Staying at Saratoga in Nov- have two villas for 15 of us! Should we do online check-in, or check-in at resort to request a specific building, etc... We would love to have our villas close to each other and be close to the new Paddock pool! Thanks again!

    Hi Elizabeth!

I recommend doing online check-in and then calling Saratoga Springs about 3 days before you arrive to re-iterate your request for two villas close together again.  Be sure to call the resort directly, but don't call before 3 days before you get there.

Once you arrive at the resort to pick up your Key to the World card, you can still ask the Cast Member to reassign you if you're not happy with the locations you've been assigned before arriving at Walt Disney World.  Thus there's nothing to lose by doing online check-in and it can help you get what you would like!

Good luck and write back if you have any more questions!
