Hiya Nicole,
Welcome to planDisney! We are so happy you are here, and we get to be a part of your planning journey to Walt Disney World Resort. One of the first stops we make when we arrive in Orlando is the grocery store to pick up water, snacks for our little one, and some breakfast bars for early morning rope drops.
Since you are staying in a Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel with a kitchen, looking into
grocery delivery makes complete sense! Guests staying at a resort hotel can have their groceries delivered to
Bell Services at their resort hotel (or to their resort hotel room for a small fee). It is perfect if you want to ensure your kitchen is fully stocked for your vacation! One of my favorite aspects of grocery delivery is that Bell Services will keep your perishable items cold for you while they are being stored!
Before you start adding items to your cart Nicole, be sure to check at the Front Desk with a Cast Member to see if grocery delivery is available that day. In rare cases, grocery delivery may be limited or unavailable, so verifying before you schedule delivery is always a good idea. A few other things to know about grocery delivery are:
1. If your order includes any item that requires age verification, such as alcoholic beverages, you will need to meet the delivery driver to retrieve your order.
2. When scheduling your delivery, include the full mailing address for your resort hotel and the word “Guest” before your name. This will make it easier for Bell Services to keep track of your order.
I hope this was helpful, Nicole. Before I let you go, if you decide to have your groceries delivered to your room, you will need to have one adult member of your party in your resort room to meet Bell Services. So make sure to plan out in advance! Please come back and see
us if you need anything else.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
