Staying at Riverside Tiana Royal Room Mar 3-Mar 8. We want to add another night. Can we do this? Should we request to stay in a certain area on the resort such as close to the bus stop or is there a quiter area? Any advice for our 1st trip?? SO EXCITED!

Congratulations on your upcoming trip, Patti.  I am looking quite forward to seeing those royal rooms at Port Orleans Riverside some day soon!  As for adding an additional night to your existing reservation, you may very well be able to do so.  The only way to find out whether or not there is availability is to call and inquire.  Dialing 407-WDW-STAY will get you in touch with the folks you need to speak with.  When it comes to making special room requests, the tricky part is that only select rooms are designated royal ones, and they may not necessarily be the rooms closest to any particular area of interest.  It doesn't hurt to ask though.  If it were me, I'd have general requests such as "close to bus stop" noted on my resort reservation.  Enjoy your trip!

I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists.
