If staying at another resort, Can you Uber/Lyft to the Boardwalk Hotel to be dropped off to walk around Boardwalk?

    Hello Mary!

Welcome to planDisney! I recently journeyed by myself around Disney's BoardWalk and found myself inside the beautiful Disney's BoardWalk Inn. It was by accident as I was lost and trying to find my way to Disney's Hollywood Studios but there was rain, I lacked an internal compass, and I just wanted to sit down. I was glad to take a break and explore this Resort for a bit.

Exploring the Resorts is something I love to do whether it be by foot, complimentary Resort Transportation, or a rideshare service. You can absolutely use a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft to be dropped off at the Resort. There are so many dining and entertainment options on the BoardWalk that many Guests journey here for fun. One item left on my Walt Disney World Resort bucket list is to visit Jellyrolls which has live music and dueling pianos. The only space you wouldn't be able to enjoy are the pools which are designated only for guests at this Resort. I hope you find a new favorite spot!

I hope this helps and that you have a fabulous time exploring!

    Happy Planning!

Meet the Panelist: Nimmy, New York

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
