    If you are staying on resort can you still select lightning lane at 7:00 am on the day of your arrival, or is that option only available after your first night?

    We are excited to Welcome You Home during Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration. I am happy to assist with your curiouser and curiouser inquiry. Your My Disney Experience mobile app is your vacation hub before and during your visit. This handy dandy tool allows Guests to monitor their Walt Disney World Resort Reservation, purchase tickets, make Disney Park Pass reservations, reserve table-service dining options, make mobile food and beverage orders, create digital passes through the Disney MagicMobile Service and that's just a small tidbit of what it can do for you. Guests now have the option to plan their day with Disney Genie, Disney Genie+ and à la carte Lightning Lane features allowing you the option to plan every possible minute of every practically perfect magical moment. 

    Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, and yes beginning on the day of their arrival, can make their first ride selections for both the Disney Genie+ ride selection Lightning Lanes and, if you have purchased, the à la cart Lightning Lane add-on starting at 7:00 a.m. Keep in mind Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane selections can only be made one at a time while the à la cart Lightning Lane selections allow you to make reservations for both rides at 7:00 a.m. Follow this link for a list of rides offered under each service.
