If we are staying at a resort outside of wdw but would like to eat breakfast before park hours, is that possible? Example reserved breakfast reservations at 8 but park opens at 9. How does it work? Thanks, First Timers!

    Hi Sydney!

How exciting to start your first trip off with a Character Breakfast!  Having early breakfast reservations before park opening is one of my favorite dining experiences.  I find this especially true for breakfast reservations at the Magic Kingdom.  I always make sure we stop at the end of Main Street USA for a special photo in front of Cinderella Castle.

Absolutely it's possible for you to have breakfast reservations before park opening whether you are a Guest staying onsite or offsite.  All you need to do is make a dining reservation through this link or call the number listed on the page.  Arrive at the theme park gates at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation and look for the special "Character Breakfast Entrance" (or similarly marked sign).  If it isn't readily apparent, just ask a Cast Member and they will direct you to the correct entrance.  Once there a Cast Member will confirm your reservation and then admit you with your park ticket.  It's that easy!

Have fun planning this first MAGICAL trip Sydney!  Thank you for your question and please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any more vacation planning questions.  We love to help spread the Pixie Dust!

    Blessings,
