Thanks for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Chrissy! Knowing the ins and outs of your booking window is an important step in planning your dream vacation. These precise details and make or break a trip for my family… after all, my husband simply has to have his table reservations for dinner or he’ll melt!
You’re on the right track for the “180 days plus length of stay!” Yes, if you are a staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you can make
dining reservations for 180 days in advance of check-in plus length of stay UP UNTIL ten days. If I was staying for two weeks at a Disney Resort, I’d be able to make the first ten days of stay, and then would need to wait a few more days before making additional dining plans. My family usually stays 5 nights, so I’m able to plan 185 days in advance (of the last night). If you are only staying one night at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and then are checking-out, you’ll still only be able to make plans 180 days ahead of your check-in and not beyond that. Since you are linking your Resort reservation confirmation number up to the
My Disney Experience website, it knows not to allow you to book beyond your check out date. It’s a smart little system!
Be sure to try the new
Woody's Lunchbox for a quick lunch or snack when you're visiting Toy Story Land. Those Mystic Portal Punches look really refreshing! If I can help you fine tune other details of your vacation, please let me know. I want it to run smoother than RC’s racing engine! ~ Lindsey P.
