Hello! We are staying at a resort about 10 minutes from Disney but it is not part of the DW resorts. It does offer complimentary drop off in morning and pick up at night. However, if we want to go back to our hotel early what transportation could we use?

    Hi Kristen!

It's so great that your hotel provides complimentary transportation to Walt Disney World!  That certainly makes it convenient to get to and from the parks.  I have stayed at many off-property hotels that offer this service, so I know the disadvantage of having specific pick-up/drop-off times, especially if there's only one per day.

The easiest mode of transportation, in my opinion, is to use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft.  Each park has a designated rideshare pick up location that is usually close to the entrance of the parks.

In EPCOT, the pick-up location is in the first row of parking spots where the electric vehicle parking is.  In Disney's Hollywood Studios, the pick-up location is closer to the Disney bus transportation loops.  In Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, the pick-up location is at the very front of the parking lot, closest to the entrance.  In Magic Kingdom Park, the location is at the front of the parking lot at the Transportation and Ticket Center.  You will need to take a ferry or the monorail from the park to the pick-up location.

Please stop back by if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
