If I am staying at a resort hotel can I have family who live in the area come and swim at my resort hotel pool even though they’re not staying at that resort?

Hi Terry! Thank you for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

In short, yes, you can absolutely have family come and visit you while you are staying at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Typically Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort are the only ones allowed to use that Resort's swimming pools. However, as long as you are accompanying your family, I would imagine that would be able to swim with you.

When your family arrives at your Disney Resort hotel, just have them inform the Cast Member at the front gate that they are visiting you and give them your name.

If you have any other questions, please let us know. Have a magical day!
