Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Beverly! Breakfast and early mornings in the park are my family’s favorite ways to begin our magical day! We had an early park breakfast scheduled at
Cinderella’s Royal Table this past summer and the kids enjoyed it more than I can tell you!
Seeing as we were staying at
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, we were able to take the Monorail to magic Kingdom, but only as early as 30 minutes before the Park opened. Since our breakfast was only slightly after that time, we had to allow for travel and check-in, too, which mean we needed an alternate form of transportation. We chose to take a
Minnie Van, which is Disney’s personalized, polka-dotted LYFT service, running from the LYFT app. Taking you anywhere on Walt Disney World Resort property, the Minnie Van easily dropped us at
Magic Kingdom nice and early. Of course, you can always check with your concierge the night before your breakfast reservation to see what times your buses may be running; be sure to tell them about your breakfast in case there is an early bus scheduled. Guests who have an early breakfast prior to park opening will see a Cast Member at the touchpoints entrance (typically there is a sign held high for meal reservations) and you’ll be able to check in and enter the park. No attractions will be open before it’s time, and you may be escorted to guided to your restaurant.
If I can help with any other planning tips or early morning plans please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
