We are staying at AS and have a reservation for O'Hanas. After our dinner we wanted to walk down to their beach so our son could play in the sand and we can watch the fireworks. Can we do this even if we are not resort guests?

    Hi Danielle!

Absolutely.  My family did this on the 4th of July.  We had dinner in 'Ohana and then we went down to the beach.  You won't have any problems!

While you are at the Polynesian, I suggest taking some time to explore the resort.  It's a great resort and you might want to stay there on some future trip!  Also, if you're a fan of the DoleWhip in the Magic Kingdom, you should know that you can get one in Captain Cook's at the Polynesian.  You might want one while watching the fireworks.

I also suggest stopping at the Front Desk and asking when the Electrical Water Pageant will float by.  It's typically around 9:00 at the Polynesian, but the exact time can be influenced by the time of Wishes in the Magic Kingdom and any inclement weather.  It's worth seeing if you're already down on the beach.

    Have a magical vacation!
