Hiya Megan - welcome back to
planDisney!
It's been a while and we're so glad that you decided to stop by with another question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests like you plan your very own, very magical, Walt Disney World Resort vacations!
I'm so excited to hEAR that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort next week - I am too! It's such a fun time to visit with the excitement of the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration all around. There are exciting new
attractions, entertainment, food, and so much more - get ready to make some magical memories!
There are so many great breakfast
options at the Disney Resorts, including both Table Service and Quick Service options. You are welcome to enjoy breakfast at any Quick Service location you would like to, but do need to be aware of some transportation limitations which may impact your choices. Currently, on-site parking at most Disney Resorts is limited to Guests who are staying at that particular Resort, or Guests with a confirmed dining or recreation reservation (e.g., spa appointment). If that doesn't apply to you, you likely will not be permitted to park at a Resort other than the one you are staying at. Personally, I've been allowed to park at a Resort I was not staying at by using the My Disney Experience Mobile App to show proof of a
Mobile Order I needed to pick up at that Resort's Quick Service location, but that is at the discretion of the Cast Member at the Resort entrance gate and your mileage may vary.
Depending on where you are staying, there may be complimentary transportation options that can easily transport you to a yummy breakfast! For example, if you're staying at Disney's Art of Animation, Pop Century, or Caribbean Beach Resorts, you can easily hop on the
Disney Skyliner and grab breakfast at
Primo Piatto, the delicious Quick Service restaurant at Disney's Riviera Resort. Or, if you were staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, you can easily walk over to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for a broader selection of yummy breakfast options.
I also want to highlight two fantastic Character Dining breakfasts I've recently had that might be a nice special treat for your crew. Also at Disney's Riviera Resort,
Breakfast à la Art with Mickey & Friends at Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera is a great way to experience an elevated breakfast and see Mickey and his friends express their artistic sides! Also, although it's not at a Resort, I highly recommend the family-style breakfast at
Tusker House Restaurant, located at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. I loved the food, and it was so fun to interact with Mickey and his friends as they get ready for a safari!
Megan, I hope this information is helpful as you continue planning your trip for next week.
Let us know if we can help answer any additional questions!
