Royal Greetings, Heidi!
Thank you so much for being our Guest here at planDisney. How exciting that you are planning your upcoming
Disneyland Resort stay. Dining at Disneyland is always one of my favorite things to do because not only will you get to pull up a chair, relax and allow the dining room to present your dinner. But the cuisine at Disneyland is so delicious, and there are so many delectable treats, your inner Beast will be tame and full all vacation long.
Heidi, you are correct that as a Disneyland Resort Guest, you should have
preferred access to a limited number of Dining Reservations at select hotel table service restaurants beginning 60 days in advance. You will want to check two things first in your Disneyland account.
Make sure your Disney Resort Hotel is linked to your My Disneyland account. If it's not, I would do that first. Second, make sure you are logged into your My Disneyland account or app when trying to secure
Dining Reservations. In my experience, the times I have had trouble making reservations is because of one of these two reasons.
If you are still having trouble, I would recommend giving Guest Services a call. They may be able to look into your account to see why you are having a challenge to book your Dining Reservations.
Now, while I definitely recommend Dining Reservations at Disneyland, I also highly recommend Mobile Ordering at some of the Quick Service restaurants as well. The new
San Fransokyo Square in Disney California Adventure is full of delicious options - so good, in fact, I had dinner and lunch there multiple times during my visit last week! My friends loved the Soba Noodle Salad at
Aunt Cass Cafe. It's also a great way to ensure you maximize your magic in the parks, as Quick Service Dining can definitely save you time.
I hope this helps you, Heidi! If you have any further questions, stop back here to see me, and I'll be happy to help you. Have fun exploring the great wide somewhere during your visit.
Magically Yours,
Keri
