Staying on property. Not bringing car. Doing a lot of resort character meals. Figured out bus/monorail system, but not sure about timing. Don't want to be late for reservations. How much time should i give myself? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello, Melissa!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

Looks like you have been doing all your research and planning out every minute of your day.  As far as I'm concerned, this is the best way to make the most out of your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation.  Great job!

My rule is to always plan for an hour of travel time.  If you are at one park and need to make your way to another park, you will want to allow plenty of time to get there.  For example, buses run every 20 minutes and then another 10 to 15 for the journey.  Then you will need to exit the bus and get through the lines at the entrance.  Minutes tend to add up.  You want to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation.  Again, I would allow a complete hour to start making your way to each dining reservation.  Of course, if you are in the park where your reservation is set, then just start heading over at the 30 minute mark.  Make sure that your whole party is with you as they will not seat incomplete parties.
