My Disney Experience account, not just your reservation. Because of this, you should be able to use them interchangeably.
I have only had a challenge one time and it was several years ago when MagicBands were introduced. I had so many MagicBands linked to my account, the system was having to search too long to open the door to my room. I returned to the
Resort Hotel front desk and a wonderful Cast Member deactivated several of my MagicBands. Voila! I was able to enter my Resort hotel room.
Again - this was several years ago and I had oodles of MagicBands linked to my account. You should be absolutely fine and both MagicBands should work throughout both of your Walt Disney World Resort stays.
