    We are staying on property for 4 nights, we will then leave for a few days, then come back for the rest of our trip.. We are given the option to order 2 sets of bands, if we do this will all our reservations be linked to both bands?

    This is a great question! My family and I will have a similar situation on our next vacation. We have a split stay scheduled so we have two sets of MagicBands for one vacation. Aside from all of the other amazing benefits of MagicBands, another perk is that they are linked to your My Disney Experience account, not just your reservation. Because of this, you should be able to use them interchangeably.

    I have only had a challenge one time and it was several years ago when MagicBands were introduced. I had so many MagicBands linked to my account, the system was having to search too long to open the door to my room. I returned to the Resort Hotel front desk and a wonderful Cast Member deactivated several of my MagicBands. Voila! I was able to enter my Resort hotel room.

    Again - this was several years ago and I had oodles of MagicBands linked to my account. You should be absolutely fine and both MagicBands should work throughout both of your Walt Disney World Resort stays.

    Your vacation sounds practically perfect in every way! I love that you are beginning and ending at Walt Disney World Resort! Magical!
