Hi! I see that staying on property includes one free Lightning Lane per guest, and I wanted to clarify how that works. Is it one per park reservation, one per night of the stay, or one per person for the entire stay? Thank you for your help!

    Hi there, Elizabeth!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question. It sounds like you are getting excited for a Disneyland Resort visit during the spookiest time of year!

I just returned from a very fun stay at Pixar Place Hotel, and I am happy to share how the Lightning Lane benefit worked for my family. Each registered hotel Guest received one complimentary Lightning Lane entry per stay. This can be used once on any attraction that uses Lightning Lane Multi Pass.

My dad and I decided to brave Tiana's Bayou Adventure, ponchos and shoe-bags in hand (I was determined not to get wet!). Meanwhile, my other two family members saved their passes for Indiana Jones Adventure on a different day (also a good choice if you enjoy being dramatically chased by boulders before lunch...which I do!). When deciding where to use your passes, I recommend choosing one of the more popular attractions, such as these ones, plus Space Mountain, Toy Story Midway Mania!, or Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT!

Make sure to set aside some time to enjoy your hotel's amenities and restaurants! We ended up eating at Great Maple Modern American Eatery multiple times. It was that good! We also had delightful surprise interactions with Bing Bong, who stopped by the hotel now and then to say hello. Of course, if the pools are open during your stay, they are a fantastic way to relax and soak up a little extra magic!

Elizabeth, have a wonderful visit to Disneyland! Please send me a message if you have more questions!
