If you are staying on property at a Disney resort, can you make dining reservations 180 days out if you haven't paid your entire balance yet?

    Hi Amanda!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so glad that you found us hEAR. This is a great question.

Any future Walt Disney World Resort guest, regardless of where they are staying, with or without a Disney Dining Plan, is able to make Disney Dining Reservations for dates up to 180 days away from today, everyday. Those who are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel may make dining reservations up to 180 days in advance, for up to 10 days of their vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I'm happy to say that this can be done whether your vacation package has been paid in full or not. My husband once came home saying there was a possibility that he was being sent to a conference in Orlando and the first thing I did was pick up my smartphone, log in to the My Disney Experience Mobile App and search for dining reservations. We didn't have tickets, a hotel room, and I didn't even know his conference schedule, but my goodness we were going to have dining plans!

Another great way to dine "Around the 'World" is by utilizing Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. I love this option for my family because we can all get different dishes from multiple locations and meet up for a "Taste of Disney". I also love how this service helps cut down on wait times.

I hope this helped to clEAR things up a bit, Amanda! Please feel free to stop back by and ask any more Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning questions you may have. We're all Ears!
