Isn't it SO EXCITING when you're finally able to make your FastPass+ selections! Your trip is getting REALLY close, and you'll be at "The Most Magical Place on Earth" before you know it, soaking up ALL of the magic and fun!
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble making all of your
FastPass+ selections. You
are able to visit the theme parks on your arrival day, and you
should have been able to make FastPass+ selections for that day! In fact, with
online check-in, you don't even need to stop at your Disney Resort hotel before heading to the parks. You'll simply receive an email and/or text message with your room number once it's ready. Here's what I'm wondering...how many days of
theme park tickets do you have? You'll only be able to make FastPass+ selections for the number of days that you have valid theme park tickets linked to your account. Is it possible that you're a day short? Or, my other thought is that tickets are date-based. If the ticket you purchased isn't valid until the 16th, you wouldn't be able to make FastPass+ plans on the 15th. If that's the case, Hakuna Matata...no worries. You can modify the start date
online, through the
My Disney Experience app, or by calling a Cast Member at (407) 566-4985.
If neither of those are the issue, I'd suggest calling a Cast Member who specializes in FastPass+ and My Disney Experience at (407) 939-4357 and he or she would be happy to help you get everything straightened out.
