Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, you can definitely use that offer to book a future stay at another
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, including somewhere like
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. The key thing to keep in mind is that everything is always subject to availability, so your dates and room type will determine what options are open to you when you go to book.
Now, when it comes to booking multiple trips, this is where the rules become a bit more specific. The Bounce Back Offer allows you to book up to three rooms on the same set of travel dates. However, it doesn't allow you to split that into separate vacations. In other words, you wouldn't be able to use the same Bounce Back Offer to book two different trips at different times.
If you're planning to travel more than once, you would need a separate offer for each trip. But if you're coordinating a single visit with multiple rooms, that's where the "up to three rooms" allowance really comes in handy.
