    We are staying at PortOrleans French Quarter in November and wondered if they have bed rails for us to put on one of the beds for our 3 year old? If so how do i request one of these? Thanks

    Disney does an amazing job at providing items that families need including bed rails. I usually have them make a note of it when I make my reservation but don't worry if you didn't - it will be fine. After I've done my Online Check-In within 10 days of my visit, I call the resort directly and have them make a note of my request for bed rails. The number for Port Orleans French Quarter Resort is 407-934-5000.

    Be sure to mention it when you check in. They usually aren't in the room when we get there but they bring them very soon after we arrive.

    If you forget to call before your trip, don't worry. You can request them when you arrive to check in. They will even set them up for you - its all apart of the Disney service that is like no other.
