We're staying at Port Orleans Sun (11/28) - Thur (12/2) and we're a part of a grand gathering group. Part of group is staying in the cabins. Can my kids take advantage of the Chip & Dale movie night at the campgrounds? If so,How do we find out start ti

    Hi Mary,

Any Walt Disney World resort guest is welcome to participate in this fun, FREE event!  The campfire generally begins around 7:00 PM during the fall/winter and 8:00 PM through the spring/summer. The evening begins with a marshmallow roast.  Marshmallows are available for purchase, or you may bring your own.  Chip and Dale then make an appearance, and there is a sing-along.  Afterward, there is a movie (Disney, of course) shown on a large, outdoor screen.  You'll want to check at Fort Wilderness for the exact times and movie listings during your stay.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
