Staying at Port Orleans Riversisde and need to reserve a crib or pack and play. How is this done?

Hi, Judy! Thanks for stopping by with another great question for us! Visiting Walt Disney World Resort with a little one is always magical, but only if everyone can get the rest they need! You can easily request a Pack 'n Play for your upcoming visit by having it noted on your resort reservation. Simply give a Resort Hotel Reservations Cast Member a call and ask for this to be placed as a notation on your reservation. In my experience, I have often noticed Pack ' Plays listed among the requested amenities when completing Online Check-In prior to our arrival. Once these requests are completed, you should find one in your room upon check-in. If not, use the guest phone in your room to call the Front Desk and have one delivered to you.

If your little one has trouble getting a good night's rest in the Pack 'n Play, there are a very limited number of larger, standard-style cribs found across the Resort. However, I do hear that these are frequently not available. There are several companies in the Orlando area that offer full size cribs and other baby equipment for rent, and will even deliver to Walt Disney World Resort hotels. I have had great experiences using A Baby's Best Friend in the past for cribs and toddler-size beds. A quick web search for "Orlando baby equipment rental" should offer up several other companies.

Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you think of any other questions as you continue to plan your magical vacation!
