    Hello Kathy!

Thank you for writing.  There are three Children's Activity Centers, located throughout Walt Disney World at:
    • Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge - Simba's Clubhouse
    • Disney's Beach Club Resort - Sandcastle Club
    • Disney's Polynesian Village Resort - Lilo's Playhouse
Here, children will enjoy supervised activities and play time in a safe and secure environment.  In addition, they can enjoy a child-friendly dinner during their stay.  The Children's Activity Centers do accept kids with special needs. To make reservations, please call (407) 939-3463 or inquire at your resort's front desk.  Upon arrival, I recommend that you connect with a specialist to discuss the specific needs of your special princess or pirate.  In my personal experience, the cast members do an incredible job with all children, including those with special needs.

Another child care option is in-room child care provided by an independent vendor known as Kids' Night Out.  Here, too, I recommend sharing the specific needs of your child in advance when making reservations to ensure they are met.

Walt Disney World does an incredible job at ensuring that guests with special needs have vacations that are as magical and unique as they are.

I hope you have a wonderful trip!
