We are staying at the port Orleans Riverside in a standard room, i was starting to pack and was wondering is there a coffee maker in the room? and also we are a family of 5 do they give enough shampoo /soap for the whole family or just one small bottle?

    Hi Amanda,

How exciting that you will be at Walt Disney World very soon! The rooms at Port Orleans Riverside are equipped with coffee makers, the sort that use coffee pods and can make two individual cups of coffee at a time. The room will come stocked each day with enough to make two cups of regular coffee and two cups of decaf, plus sugar and non-dairy creamer. You can always request more from Mousekeeping if necessary.

The daily supply of toiletries at the moderate resorts usually is one bottle of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash, plus two bars of soap. Again, however, if that isn't enough, just call and ask for more or leave a note for the housekeeper, explaining that you could use extra shampoo each day.

My two daughters and I all have a lot of thick hair, but we usually find the daily supply adequate. I've never had a problem, though, getting more supplies when we've needed it.

Port Orleans is a great resort and I hope your entire family has a wonderful time. Enjoy!
