We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside 5 Sleeper room. Are we allowed to move our vehicle from our building parking area to another building number area parking lot closer to the bus depot to catch the bus to the Parks?

    Heigh-Ho Kelly,

Let me introduce ourselves, we are a panel of Guests with a wealth of Disney knowledge and Walt Disney World travel experience which we love to share with our Fellow Guests. How many times have we all been to Walt Disney World? Well, Buzz Lightyear says it best, “To Infinity and Beyond.”

Disney's Port Orleans Resort- Riverside and Disney's Port Orleans- French Quarter are hands down my favorite moderate resorts in the Disney Resorts Collections Hotels. Both resorts immerse you in a place and time that emulates the authenticity of New Orleans' Bayou and the French Quarter through its decor, landscaping, sounds and flavors all while surrounded by the magic of Walt Disney World. It's an exciting time to finally see these two resorts Welcoming Guests Home. I think your idea of driving to a more convenient bus depot, within your resort property, is a grand idea and one you can absolutely do. Guests parking a car, at Disney's Port Orleans Resort- Riverside, will incur a standard overnight parking fee of $20/night but can park at any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, in standard parking, for free.

If we can help with any further planning feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
