    We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside and have a 9:10 a.m. reservation at BBB at Disney Springs. What transportation option do you recommend to arrive on time?

    Hi there, Jordan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    You are going to love your upcoming stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside! It is such a beautiful Disney Resort hotel with big magnolia trees and a beautiful waterway. I know you are excited for your arrival next week!

    There are a few transportation options when traveling from Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside to Disney Springs. One way is by ferryboat, which I encourage you to do at some point because it's such a nice ride, but it probably won't be operating early enough for you to get to your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation. Another option is Disney's complimentary bus transportation. Technically, this doesn't begin running until 45 minutes prior to the opening of Disney Springs, and most days this shopping and dining hub opens at 10:00 a.m. With that said, I have seen the Disney Springs buses running earlier because of reservations like your upcoming appointment that begin before opening.

    Here's what I would do: ask a Cast Member at Lobby Concierge in your Disney Resort hotel the night before your appointment about the bus schedule to Disney Springs for the following morning and explain your situation. They can let you know if there will be bus transportation to Disney Springs early enough to make it to your reservation. If not, they can help you with arranging other transportation like a taxi. The Cast Members know how important these Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointments are and they will be happy to assist you!
