Hello! We will be staying at Port Orleans Riverside 7/3 - 7/5. In the past my parents have come to visit us for the day at the pool. Is this still allowed? Specifically, on 7/4. Thanks!

    Hi Lauren! Welcome to planDisney.

Tomorrow you will be immersed in southern culture at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. When staying at this resort, I enjoy a morning run or stroll along the Sassagoula River followed by breakfast at Riverside Mill Food Court. I recommend the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel Sandwich.

Your parents will be able to visit you at the resort to hang out and enjoy a meal together. However, guest recreational activities like pool privileges and Campfire on de' Bayou are reserved for registered guests. I recommend they visit Muddy Rivers for a cold adult libation while you take a dip in Ol' Man Island Pool

During your visit, keep an eye out for themed treats celebrating the Fourth of July. You can read all about it in the Disney Eats: Food Guide to Fourth of July at Disney Parks 2023. Your resort is featuring the Star-Spangled Brownie Bar.

    Keeping it Magical,
