    Hi, we are staying at Port Orleans Riverside in July and have dinner reservations at Whispering Canyon. What's the best way to get there and how much time should I budget? Thanks, Christine

    Hi Christine,

    The easiest and fastest way to travel from resort to resort is to use a taxi, but you can use Disney transportation, too.  To do this, you want to utilize a park as your hub.  For example, we have done exactly what you are planning on doing.  When we were at Riverside, we took the Magic Kingdom bus (about a 10 minute ride) and then transferred to the Wilderness Lodge boat (about 10 minutes).  While that is only 20 minutes in transportation time, there is still usually a wait time and transfer time, so I'd allow at least an hour to be safe.  

    Have fun at Whispering Canyon Cafe - just don't ask for the ketchup!
