    We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside. I would like to go to Chef Mickey's early for breakfast the morning of our check out. Does the monorail run before the parks open? If not is there a way to get from Riverside to the Contemporary that early?

    Hi Jessica,

    Breakfast at Chef Mickey's is a great way to get in some extra magic before it's time to fly back to reality.  The buses at Port Orleans generally begin running an hour before the parks open.  Check with the concierge at your resort.  There may be a bus that leaves even earlier.  You'll want to take a bus to Magic Kingdom.  From the bus stop at Magic Kingdom, it's actually faster to take the walking path to The Contemporary than it would be to walk all the way to the monorail and wait for that.

    Although it costs more, you can also take a cab directly to the resort.  It's a lot quicker and will allow you more sleeping time.
