We will be staying at Port Orleans Riverside during our stay. I recently noticed there are two sections of the resort (Magnolia Bend and Alligator Bayou). How can I request a room in the Magnolia Bend section over the other? What is the real difference?

    Hi Maria!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

This is a great question.  You can put in a room request to recommend one section of the resort over the other.  I personally prefer Alligator Bayou and enjoy staying there over the Magnolia Bend section, but it is really an individual taste.  The Magnolia Bend section reminds me of large Southern mansions and plantation houses while the Alligator Bayou section reminds me of small house along a river in the bayou.  I suggest looking at some pictures of each section.  However, if you stay in either section, you can use all of the services and amenities of the entire resort, including the services and amenities at Port Orleans French Quarter.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
