Staying at Port Orleans Riverside is there a charge for the inroom safe

Welcome to planDisney, Maria! Are you getting excited about your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort? Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is such a lovely Resort Hotel and you're going to love your stay near the serene banks of the Sassagoula River.

An in-room safe is a complimentary amenity that is included with the price of your stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. The in-room safe is located in the closet area of your room, and while the sizes may vary they are typically 12 inches wide, 6 inches high, and 4 inches deep. I have found that the safe is not big enough to store larger electronics like my laptop, but they're the perfect size for smaller valuables and important travel documents like your passports.

I hope you've planned lots of time for trying the food at your Resort Hotel because Disney's Port Orleans Resort is home to some of the most sought-after Disney snacks! If you head over to Scat Cat's Club - Café, which is located in the French Quarter section of the Resort, you'll find the legendary Mickey-Shaped Beignets. They even make a Mickey-shaped Beignets Sundae which takes this already awesome dessert to the next level!

I hope this answers your question, Maria, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
