I am staying at the Port Orleans Riverside in August, My Plane arrives at 9:05am. Since check in is not until 3 is there a secure place at the Hotel that I can store my 'carry ons' so that I can explore the Theme Parks without carrying everything with me?

Once you arrive the Port Orleans Riverside, proceed to the Front Desk to pre-register. If a room is available, you'll be given a Key to the World card to access your room immediately. If not, you'll be given a card with a number to call to check on your room's status. Or you can report back to the Front Desk after you return from the parks.

Once you visit the Front Desk, if your room is not ready, your next stop is at Bell Services to check in your bags. Bell Services is used to taking care of luggage prior to a guest's room being ready so they'll know just what to do.

Once you are in your room, you can call Bell Services to bring your bags to you. Or you can stop by Bell Services and they will bring them out to you.

Over the years, we've done all of the above scenarios!
