We are staying at port orleans resort. How do we travel to other resorts? Is there a bus we can take?

    Hi Vanessa,

I think you are really going to love Disney's Port Orleans Resort, whether it is the relaxed subtle charm of the Riverside resort or the upbeat and jazzy scenery of the French Quarter Resort. They happen to be my personal favorite moderate resorts with their wonderfully appointed rooms and fun and exciting recreational activities.

Anyway, traveling resort to resort can be a little more tricky since there are no direct buses between resorts. However, I have a great tip for you. Check out www.ourlaughingplace.com and click on their "transportation wizard" in the upper right hand corner of the home page. From there, you can input your starting and ending destinations to find the best route either by bus, monorail, boat or personal car. Sometimes multiple routes are given with estimated travel times, so that you can see your options. Keep in mind that this is not an official website of Walt Disney World and none of the times listed can be guaranteed. These times could vary by traffic, time of day, or weather and do not necessarily include times needed to wait for different transportation methods. All this said, I have found this little online tool to be very helpful when making transportation connections throughout the parks.

    Have a wonderful trip!
