We're staying at the Port Orleans Resort- French Quarter in October. I've read that certain resorts offer Movies Under The Stars. Which resorts are these and can any WDW Resort Guests attend?

    Hi there, Bethany!

At 8: PM on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights (schedule subject to change at any time without notice), Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort shows movies outside in Beignet Square -- the area between buildings 4, 5, and 6.

Cast Members will provide towels for sitting; please do not bring blankets or towels from your room.

The movie showings are dependent upon the weather, of course, so you might want to check in with the concierge before you wander down.

All of the Deluxe, Moderate, and Value Resorts, at this point, offer some kind of outdoor movie on select nights. You'll just have to check the schedule when you arrive.

While movie screenings tend to be reasonably open to Guests, Cast Members do reserve the right to ask a Guest for his/her Key to the World card. Usually that's done if the movie is particularly crowded, and the Cast members want to prioritize space for Guests staying at that particular Resort.

    Have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
