Hi, Sally!
When I think of going to Walt Disney World, the first thing that runs through my mind is the food! My family loves the restaurants in the parks and resorts, so planning ahead on where we will eat is always a priority. Here are some fun ideas:
-
Whispering Canyon Café at Disney's Wilderness Lodge: This is fun BBQ feast type of dinner. The servers are super fun, and guests can join in activities during their meal. Perfect for 10 year olds.
-
50's Prime Time Café in Disney's Hollywood Studios: Comfort foods served in a 50's style atmosphere. Amazing servers, and great décor. Your boys will have fun with their "cousins" sitting at the next table.
-
Via Napoli in World Showcase (Epcot): Order the huge Mezzo Metro pizza. Your boys will love the size of it, and you can all share in this amazing pizza. One of my favorite meals in Epcot.
-Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort: I think your boys at age 10 will still have fun at a character meal. Meet Mickey and his pals while enjoying a buffet full of family favorites.
-Beaches and Cream at Disney's Beach Club Resort: This fun soda shop has delicious burgers. For a real treat, order the Kitchen Sink. This huge ice cream treat has 9 scoops of ice cream, toppings, and an entire can of whipped-cream!
-Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater at Hollywood Studios: Dine in your own "convertible" while watching classic Sci-fi movie clips Drive-in style!
Hopefully this will give you a start. Locations I listed are table service, so make Dining Reservations. For more suggestions, let me know!
