We are staying at Port of Orleans on property. Does the hotel provide towels for the water parks? Or are they provided at the water parks?

    Hi Steve!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I absolutely love spending a couple of days at the water parks - Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney's Blizzard Beach - for some lovely relaxation away from all the excitement of the four theme parks.  All the Disney Resort hotels provide towels at the pools - you will find them in large bins, poolside.  You can also leave your wet towels there too. You are welcome to take these towels to the water parks, or towels can be rented by visiting Singapore Sals or Beach Haus, and you can also rent lockers to store any valuable items safely - such as watches, car keys etc.  I love the fact that MagicBands are waterproof so you can wear them all day on the water rides, eliminating the need to carry or store any cash.

My top tip for the water parks is to arrive early - 20-30 minutes prior to the official opening time.  You can rent your locker/towels, store your valuables, and get in line for rope drop.  My family splits up - some head for their favourite rides and I go straight to find chairs in our favourite spot for the day.  Disney buses run to the water parks, at approximately 30 minute intervals, beginning around 45 minutes before park opening.  If you are driving to the water parks, parking is free.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
