Hello! Staying at Port Orleans for one night after a Disney Cruise. Can we use our magic bands from our last trip? It says online that they are still active. Do I need to call and link them to our upcoming reservation? Thanks so much for your help!

    Hi Mary!

Disney Cruise! How exciting! You are going to have an amazing time! You can certainly use the MagicBands from a previous trip. All you have to do is log in to your My Disney Experience Account and "decline" the MagicBand selection linked to your one day reservation at Disney's Port Orleans. When you check in to the resort, present the MagicBands and have the Cast Member check to make sure they are linked to the reservation. Once this is done, you should be good to go!

Did you know?:  Staying at a Disney Resort comes with lots of benefits. One of my favorites are the Extra Magic Hours where Guests can enjoy the parks before they open to the general public and after they close to the general public. Additionally, Disney Resort Guests can make their FastPass+ selections up to 60 days before check-in when you have a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation! Be sure to download your My Disney Experience App for your smart phone!

It has been a pleasure assisting you! Please feel free to send in any other questions you may have.

     Happy Planning!
