    Staying at Port Orleans in the future and have a reservation for California Grill. We plan to watch the fireworks after dinner. Can you discuss the benefits and disadvantages of driving a car over taking the bus between these resorts.

    Just a few weeks ago my family enjoyed one our best meals anywhere, ever, at California Grill. And the balcony view! Wow! Absolutely plan on viewing the Magic Kingdom fireworks from this vantage point.

    If you are heading straight from Disney's Port Orleans Resort to Disney's Contemporary Resort, I would take your car. All you have to do is hop in your car, drive straight to the resort, and park. With reservations at California Grill you will be able to park at the Contemporary easily. If you take the bus, you will have to wait for a Magic Kingdom bus and then take the short path from the park to the hotel. Though getting to the restaurant would not be a problem, getting back to Port Orleans could involve some inconveniences. You will be catching a bus back to your resort from the Magic Kingdom at the same time as every other guest who watched the fireworks in the park. This is possibly the most crowded time to use the WDW transportation system. Skip the full buses and lines at the bus stop and drive your own car back to your hotel.

    Enjoy your lovely meal and the spectacular service. The cheese board and the Spicy Kazan Roll sushi are my personal favorites.
