Hi. I am staying at port Orleans French quarter. I now understand that the hotel only offers pack and play. Do they just come with the standard mattress that is included with the pack and play or is an additional softer mattress provided? Thanks

Hi Natalie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Oh boy, your Walt Disney World Resort holiday is right around the corner! You will love your stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. Make sure to enjoy a few Mickey-shaped Beignets for me while you are there!

As a family that has traveled with our little ones to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" many times, we have a lot of experience with the Pack 'n Plays that are provided for sleeping little ones. They are pretty standard with the thin pad at the bottom. It has a little cushion, but not a lot. We made sure to bring a couple of small blankets from home and we used one on the pad. We tucked it securely under the pad so it wouldn't move during the night, but it did help provide a little more cushion and our kids slept really well on it! You can also request more sheets or blankets from the Front Desk or housekeeping when you arrive to do the same.

I hope this helps you plan your sleeping arrangements, Natalie! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
